Mission Statement
The Raetihi Film Festival has three aims: first, to give newcomer film makers the opportunity to show their films to an international audience; second, to showcase established New Zealand film makers' works; and third, to support the small community of Raetihi in putting its theatre, the oldest in the Southern Hemisphere, to best possible use.
